Mr. Mohammad even volunteered to drive the vehicle to my home at no extra cost as I already had my personal vehicle parked at the dealership. “ Be sure to make Tom and the Stoler Lexus team your first visit, during your search. Sales Tom Sweeny and Finance William Wu, via Stoler Lexus, helped me with pre-owned Nissan vehicle. They are busy, but took their time helping me and ensuring I was comfortable on my selection & payments. You should plan to be there for 3-4 hours, at least. Although the Nissan drove, handled and sounded great during my road test... afterwards, on my way home, I reset the fuel economy, and realized i was only getting approx. 12MPG (half). Tom told me to bring the car back in, for their mechanics to take another look at it; but, I since I already had pre-owned inspection scheduled with my local Nissan service center, I took it to Nissan first. They looked over the car, and it only needed replacing a filthy engine filter & a bad-looking spark plug... but I also changed the transmission fluid for good measure due to mileage and no listed xmission service on the CARFAX. MPG went up to ~23MPG. So far, great car; no regrets at the moment... Everyone looking at preowned should have the mindset of taking their preowned purchase to their local OEM Service for 2nd detailed lookover on the car ($200-300)... but budget at least $1,000 in case there are some things that need immediate attention. Also Note: most dealership-service centers put the $200-300 diagnostic fee back into the work, if any work is needed... so it's really a no-brainer... if you only need $200-300 worth of work done, the inspection/diagnostics effectively costed you nothing... and then you can have piece of mind that the car shouldn't hit you with any surprises. “ We ( my 94-year-old mother and I) were buying a car with a certified check, so it should have been a quick process. Our sales person did not bother to tell us he wasn't coming in until after we arrived for our appointment even though he and I had texted multiple times that morning. He passed us to his friend - who told us he had to take care of his own clients, so he was too busy to help us. We were passed to at least three "managers" in our attempt to get the paperwork on the 2 year service plan, the roadside assistance information, and the paperwork showing the car had been inspected. Two other men came by and promised a manager was coming soon. We knew the car had a scratch on the bumper - and yet when we finally did receive the paperwork on the state of the car- after THREE HOURS - it said the car had no damage. This made me wonder if anything had actually been checked - or if the car had just been marked as all perfect and never inspected at all. I LOVE the Stoler Service Department - which is why I bought a car here. But after being treated like this, I will never buy another car from Stoler. ”

They aren't doing it because they are waiting for the three-month payment period to end so they can collect their commission, since I told them I wanted to pay for the car in full. Scammers! “ I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I brought my 2026 Lexus TX in for interior rattles right before Christmas. I was given a Lexus NX as a loaner, which is much smaller and not comparable to my TX. I was then told my vehicle would sit over the holidays, so I chose to take it back and return after the holidays. When I called to reschedule, the earliest appointment was February 2. I specifically told them I needed a TX or equivalent loaner because I need the space, and they confirmed it was reserved. Later, they called offering an earlier date of January 22 and again told me the TX loaner was available. This morning, I was told the TX loaner is suddenly “not available,” and now my appointment is pushed to February 17th even later than my original date. After reserving this for almost a month, this feels extremely unprofessional. It also seems very coincidental that the loaner becomes unavailable right before a snowstorm. I’ve lost work time because of this situation, and the poor communication and lack of follow through has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better from a Lexus dealership. I am willing change this review if they can make things right but till then this is where I stand ”
