“ From the salesperson, to the financial manager, to the delivery of the car was a negative experience. The salesperson I had was pushy and seemed frustrated answering my questions. I got the feeling that she was just interested in her commission and couldn't wait to get rid of me. The finance manager put my Tire and Wheel Warranty taxes in the financing so when I canceled a week later, I couldn't get the taxes back So, in the invoice was the price of the warranty, minus the taxes, Also, the outside of the car was not clean enough and when I complained, they cleaned off the armor that was splashed all over the black parts of the car. They showed me a minimal amount of features driving the car. I had to go to another Lexus dealer and read the manual to learn about the car. This was actually the worst car buying experience I've had but I do love my new Lexus. ”
