“ The recent buying experience I had with Stoler Lexus was an absolute pleasure. It started off with communications with their business development specialist, Catrice. I'm over 300 miles away from them, and she explained thoroughly to me in an email, how they would take care of everything for me in my home state. She also provided me with an outline of what I would be charged, and I was blown away by the lack of fees, considering what most dealers charge. After that, I was in contact with Gabriella, in sales who I worked with in purchasing. She was fantastic, throughout the whole process. She provided me answers to all my questions, sent me videos of the vehicle, and responded to all questions I sent through texts. I also worked with Pete, the used sales manager, and the positive experience continued. He knew I was a little concerned because the vehicle I was looking at was not a Lexus, and as a result would not be certified, so it had little left on factory warranty. He was willing to work with me on getting an additional warranty, or on the price of car. The one thing I will say is that during the contract signing process they left the “extended warranty” on my bill which I explicitly denied. From the minute I called the dealership my sales rep charles was giving me the run around and he didn’t even want to give me final numbers and kept on changing it every minute and told me when you come down will figure it out when you come in, afterwards we agreed that the price is msrp on my gx550 when I came in to sign they made wait for almost 3 hours even tho all the paperwork was done prior to me coming in, while siting and waiting for hours for no reason he asked me to scan his barcode and put a great review for him 😂 what a joke and then when it came to signing the documents they tried to sell me the car at 5k over msrp, and when I told the finance guy MR small that we agreement @msrp he told me they’re not gonna give it to me unless I buy all this stupid aftermarket products and the sales guy Charles even agreed they I was told my price will be @msrp,, they simply tried to lie to in my face So I had no choice and I went home and paid for 2 Ubers and wasted over 3 hours for nothing Just stay Away and find a Dealership that respect you Shame on you Mr Charles and Mr small ”

The vehicle had some mods so i wanted to test drive to make sure everything was good. The salesman said they don't want additional miles on the car which it does have less than 5,000. He advised me he would call me back after speaking to his manager and never did. Who buys a 20 year old car without test driving. Beyond sketchy and disrespectful. They can keep it. ”
“ I initially reached out to Stoler Lexus because I was very interested in a vehicle listed in their inventory. To their credit, they did assign me a salesperson fairly quickly. However, after initial contact, communication completely stopped. My salesperson stopped responding to calls and messages without explanation. As a serious buyer ready to move forward, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. At the same time, I was also communicating with a salesperson at Lexus of Freeport, since both dealerships are part of the same group. Because of the lack of follow-up from Stoler, I ultimately worked with the Freeport team to have the vehicle transferred there and completed the purchase through them instead. The process was smooth. I appreciate that the vehicle was available within the dealer group, but the experience with Stoler itself lacked consistency and professionalism. Timely communication makes all the difference in a competitive market, especially when customers are ready to buy. I hope management improves follow-up and customer engagement in the future. ”
