“ Beware of Stoler Lexus service , extremely disappointing . Get everything in writing before agreeing to service. They suggest items when not needed. After service today for oil change/brake/belt today (saturday), as I drove the car, the engine check light came on. Immediately, I reported to the service advisor andrea. She initially tried to pin on me that I originally came with engine light issue. Luckily, the car alert history disproved it. Now I have a loaner car and the mechanic will look into the issue on monday. My RO# is 623128 and Tag#: 6373, in case dealership care about the service. Overall, I was in dealership at 1 pm, and was given loaner car by 5:30 pm. I expected to be done by 3:30 pm. Maybe I had bad luck with today, but I expect service to be better than this. ”
“ I purchased a 2026 Lexus RX350h from Stoler Lexus in April 2026 and was sold a Lexus Extra Care Platinum VSA for $4,870. I decided to cancel the VSA the very next day and completed all required cancellation paperwork. More than two months later, I am still waiting for my refund. The VSA administrator tells me the refund check has already been issued, while Stoler Lexus claims they have not received it. Each party keeps directing me to the other, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or provide a clear answer. As a customer, I should not have to spend months chasing down a refund that was properly cancelled and approved. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-up from the dealership has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a Lexus expecting premium customer service. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been the exact opposite. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to Lexus Corporate and the appropriate regulatory agencies. I am posting this review in the hope that someone at Stoler Lexus management will finally take ownership of this situation and help resolve it. ”
“ I brought my 2025 Lexus TX 350 to Stoler Lexus for a warranty replacement of a cracked panoramic sunroof weatherstrip , which was previously replaced here less than a year ago. While they eventually agreed to do the replacement under the factory warranty, the workmanship is absolutely terrible. The new rubber seal was installed so poorly that there are massive, unacceptable gaps between the rubber and the sunroof frame. It looks completely sloppy and unprofessional. When I brought this up, the service staff completely brushed me off, claimed "it doesn't matter," and flat-out refused to reinstall it properly. This giant gap is a major issue—it will cause heavy wind noise on the highway and risks leaking water into the car during heavy rain or car washes. The poor installation quality and their dismissive refusal to correct their own bad work are completely unacceptable for a luxury brand. I will be escalating this poor workmanship directly to Lexus Corporate. Avoid this service department if you actually want your car fixed right. ”
