“ The recent buying experience I had with Stoler Lexus was an absolute pleasure. It started off with communications with their business development specialist, Catrice. I'm over 300 miles away from them, and she explained thoroughly to me in an email, how they would take care of everything for me in my home state. She also provided me with an outline of what I would be charged, and I was blown away by the lack of fees, considering what most dealers charge. After that, I was in contact with Gabriella, in sales who I worked with in purchasing. She was fantastic, throughout the whole process. She provided me answers to all my questions, sent me videos of the vehicle, and responded to all questions I sent through texts. I also worked with Pete, the used sales manager, and the positive experience continued. He knew I was a little concerned because the vehicle I was looking at was not a Lexus, and as a result would not be certified, so it had little left on factory warranty. He was willing to work with me on getting an additional warranty, or on the price of car. Eventually we came to an agreement on price, and all of these experiences were all before I even stepped foot on the lot, or left my house. Once there, I was greeted with the same professionalism, and worked with Pete and Gabriella, ultimately purchasing the vehicle. Enjoyed my time working with Gabriella and would refer anyone to her in the market for a car. I finished with Craig, one of the business managers, to complete the paperwork, and he explained everything to me thoroughly as we went through it -another professional. I've now had the vehicle 5 days, and couldn't be happier. I got exactly what I wanted, and I paid an extremely fair price. I have been driving 35 years and this is only my 6th car. I keep my cars a long time, but if I were in the market for another, I would not hesitate to purchase through Stoler again, wvwn if it nearly 700 miles roundtrip, and I would highly recommend them. I had MANY questions and concerns (I know I can be a lot, I think a bit of OCD), and Chad continued to to go out of his way to make everything work out even after delivery. Chad makes you feel like family (No exaggeration) and goes out of his way to make you happy. Cliff in finance made the final purchase paperwork a breeze, and his comical demeanor just adds to his appeal. The help that I have received post delivery has been outstanding from Kameel a service associate Nick and Eric the service manager has been outstanding. Due to my busy schedule I wasn’t able to keep my prior test drive appointment and the day of, I arrived late in the afternoon without an appointment to test drive the vehicle that was inside the showroom. Without hesitation the gentlemen got the car out in a timely manner ready for a test drive. Loan approval seemed almost impossible as most banks are out of state and close by 5pm but the finance officer Mr. Craig Miller at Lexus Stoler didn’t hesitate or showed any displeasure and got right to it. All documents were explained patiently and copies were provided via secured connection emails. Getting the vehicle registered and insured was also a walk in the park. Mr. Mohammad showed patience and compassion and walked me through all the steps with Geico representative on the line. Compare to other dealerships I was working with, by far Lexus Stoler takes the lead in every aspect. Mr. Mohammad even volunteered to drive the vehicle to my home at no extra cost as I already had my personal vehicle parked at the dealership. The one thing I will say is that during the contract signing process they left the “extended warranty” on my bill which I explicitly denied. “ Cant do zero so I’ll do one star. Called to inquire about a used vehicle on the lot. Advised that i would like to come see the vehicle and im interested. The vehicle had some mods so i wanted to test drive to make sure everything was good. The salesman said they don't want additional miles on the car which it does have less than 5,000. He advised me he would call me back after speaking to his manager and never did. Who buys a 20 year old car without test driving. Beyond sketchy and disrespectful. They can keep it. ”
“ I initially reached out to Stoler Lexus because I was very interested in a vehicle listed in their inventory. To their credit, they did assign me a salesperson fairly quickly. However, after initial contact, communication completely stopped. My salesperson stopped responding to calls and messages without explanation. As a serious buyer ready to move forward, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. At the same time, I was also communicating with a salesperson at Lexus of Freeport, since both dealerships are part of the same group. Because of the lack of follow-up from Stoler, I ultimately worked with the Freeport team to have the vehicle transferred there and completed the purchase through them instead. The process was smooth. I appreciate that the vehicle was available within the dealer group, but the experience with Stoler itself lacked consistency and professionalism. Timely communication makes all the difference in a competitive market, especially when customers are ready to buy. I hope management improves follow-up and customer engagement in the future. ”
