• Service technicians spend their workdays completing essential maintenance and as-needed repairs for local Lexus owners.
• Accept work orders from service advisors and deliver vehicles to the service bay.
• Perform services according to factory standards within the specified timeline.
• Keep service advisors updated regarding service completion, especially delays and new risk/problem identification.
• Diagnose mechanical problems accurately by checking the reported symptoms; inspect and make repair recommendations.
• Communicate with parts advisors to procure replacement parts and fluids.
• Document service details in the computerized system.
• Perform quality assurance checks to verify the restoration of factory specifications.
• Perform road tests to verify service results.
